Sarah Hunt will review what she learned during a two-week prescribed burn training in the Blue Ridge Mountains, then will open up a discussion about land stewardship practices in New Jersey. We will discuss both large and small scale management practices, so this event is for everyone!

About the event
Join us to learn about the world of prescribed burns, both through Sarah's experience in the Southern Blue Ridge Mountains, and through the history of land management in New Jersey. At the end, we'll open the discussion up to more general land stewardship methods on both large and small properties.
Proceeds will go towards supporting Sarah's expenses for this training, so tickets are sold on a sliding scale.
